Parents enrolling your child into our programs:

  • Young Toddler and Older Toddlers must be at least 12 months old
  • Free PreK for preschoolers must be 3 or 4 years old before September 1st

FreePhilly PreK

The City of Philadelphia and the School District of Philadelphia have partnered to create a unified enrollment application – FreePhillyPreK online. Families will be able to apply for PHLpreK, Head Start and PreK Counts locations through this one application.

The application is available in 12 languages.
